The ALLENTOWN (PA) MORNING CALL reports the Steelers gave coach Mike Tomlin the game ball following the opening-season win. And Big Ben had some nice words for the new man in charge, while making a sublte jab at former boss Bill Cowher:
“You can see the excitement in his eyes. He really doesn’t get rah-rah. As a player, you like that. He’s calm. You don’t have to worry about getting yelled at or spit on or getting stuff thrown at you.”

Throwing stuff? Why, if Bill was there, he’d be hocking loogies and shoulder pads at Ben for making such a ridiculous comment.
