There's not a hard-hitting player in the NFL that hasn't clocked someone after the whistle a few times, and it usually doesn't equate to maliciousness or intent to injure. I'm not taking sides, but I consider myself a "good sport" who tries my best to play by the rules, and I also know I play sports hard and that the line accidentally gets crossed once in awhile. If I hurt someone, I'm going to feel bad about it -- maybe even second-guess myself a bit -- but ultimately, I'll know I didn't INTEND to hurt an opponent. Hey, it can even happen between teammates when you step between the white lines and the game gets rockin.'
