The Lakers’ offense took a hit Monday, as Andrew Bynum is expected to miss at least 8 weeks due to an injured knee.
The ASSOCIATED PRESS diagnoses that Bynum got hurt during the 3rd quarter of LA’s Sunday night win over Memphis. He fell on Lamar Odom’s left foot while going for a rebound, and had to be carried off the court by Kwame Brown & Ronny Turiaf.
MRI tests on Monday revealed that Andrew had temporarily dislocated his kneecap (ouch!) and suffered a bone bruise.
