7:36 PM From this report by ESPN's Chris Mortensen, it certainly appears that the NFL will hold league office-enated punishment from the Randy Hanson incident over the head of Raiders Coach Tom Cable unless he gets counseling. As the league should, good move.

6:45 PM PFT reports that Bernie Kosar says he's interested in the Browns's GM position. But Marla Ridenour of the Akron Beacon Journal suggests that if Randy Lerner really wants to hire Kosar, give him some other job in the organization. Besides, Bernie really needs the money.
