IVERSON HAS NO ANSWER FOR NEBRASKA SPEECH SNUB: Allen Iverson is at a loss for words, as he’s being sued for skipping out on a scheduled talk:

The OMAHA WORLD-HERALD speaks up about the former Sixer and current Nugget reneging on an appearance at Omaha’s Burke High School last August. About 600 people jammed the gymnasium and waited 3 hours to hear Iverson.
However, the NBA star no-showed, with his reps claiming he had a “family emergency” - although no details were ever given.
Now organizers of the oral presentation are suing Iverson to get some money back. They’re asking for the $10,000 they paid to secure The Answer’s appearance, plus $33,000 in additional expenses - such as a $12,000 chartered plane rental to fly Allen from Virginia to Nebraska.

Looks like Allen needs to practice his promo diplomacy.
