Typical cop. Don't you know it's ok for them to roll through red lights but not the general public. Just another example of a cop who got bullied in middle school and has to take it out on someone else.

Cops for the most part are pretty cool dudes. I've been pulled over many times while sitting drunk in the passenger seat (under 21) and they didn't even care. Its cops like Powell who give them a bad reputation. After about two minutes this cop should have realized what was happening and not act like Adolf Hitler. Complete asshole who deserves to fired or at the very least never allowed to serve on the streets again.

There is a fine line between being a racist and being a plain old asshole; I believe that Officer Powell is more of the latter.

Absolutely disgraceful. I think the most powerful part was when once again Moats pleaded by saying his mother in law was dying right now, and the officer said, "that doesn't matter right now." Wow! Running a red light is more important than the end of one's life on earth. A loss for words.
