It’s no free Taco Bell taco, but it’s equally edible. A Massachusetts furniture store will rebate all furniture sales in the next month 100 percent if the Boston Red Sox repeat this year with a World Series sweep.

Jordan’s Furniture had the same offer last year, only it would have refunded the price of all merch if the Sox merely won the World Series. They had 30,000 orders to refund. And yet someone is going to insure Jordan’s yet again, probably because of the caveat.
Most bettors are putting the Red Sox at no less than 4-to-1 odds to win the WS. The World Series has also been decided by a sweep in three of the last four and five of the last 10 World Series. Two of those were Red Sox-related dominance. So let’s increase the odds up using a highly scientific random number generator to put the odds at 10-to-1 that the Sox sweep the World Series.
